How to get the card count of my IDP Smart 50 Printer?
The printer needs to be powered on and communicating with the PC
You will need the driver CD (If the CD is not available the driver can be downloaded at this site:
https://www.idp-corp.com/index/bbs/board.php?bo_table=s4_1&cate=22
Make sure you select the following from the list:
SMART-30 & 50 Installation CD
Ver. 160705 2017. 07. 25
After the driver is installed, open the “Utilities” folder
Open the “CardPrinterSetup” program
Leave the password field blank and click “Ok”.
Click the tab on the right side of the window to expand the utility
The card count is listed in the “Image” field
