The Application is already running
The Application is already running error while logging into Premisys
Problem: When you try to login to Premisys you get a popup window stating the application is already running.
Solution: This may happen when the application is already running on the local machine. Somebody else may be logged into the machine and have the Premisys Application open.
- Press CTRL-ALT-DELETE simultaneously on your keyboard. Select the task manager.
- Make sure you are on the Processes tab. Under Apps Right-Click Premisys and select end task.
- After you have ended the task try and login again.
