Can I purchase a one-time incident for technical support?

Yes,  If you do not have a current support contract you may purchase a one-time incident. 

You must purchase 1 hour of time minimum.  You may use your support time in fifteen-minute increments.
Software upgrades are not included in the one-time incident.
