Managing Mobile Device Connections/Licenses
You can remove licenses from a device or check to see what devices have a license assigned.
You can manage the connections via mobile in PremiSys by going to Tasks - Manage Mobile Devices.
You will find two tabs on the Manage mobile apps window. You will want to be on the device tab. You can see:
- The devices that are currently using licenses.
- Device details - Registration date, PremiSys Account Name, Last Login Date.
- The total license count at the bottom of the window in the Licenses section.
In the image above you can see Marty's iPhone is assigned a license. You can also see the details of when the license was assigned to the device, and the last login date and time. I can also see there are a total of 11 licenses, one of which is being used. In this scenario, there are 10 licenses left for other devices.
You will want to revoke a license when someone gets a new phone or device or when someone leaves the company. You will have to revoke the license so it can be added on the new device.
